How is it different from labor leasing?
Labor leasing is a form where workers sign a contract with an enterprise that has a leasing license, then work under the management of another enterprise. This form is only applied to jobs in the list specified in Article 30 and Appendix II of Decree 145/2020/NĐ-CP.
This category includes job groups such as interpreters, secretaries, receptionists, sales support, building and factory cleaning, security guards, drivers... The category has "sales support" but does not have loading and unloading jobs. Therefore, sales support personnel can be deployed under labor leasing or service contracts, while loading and unloading and delivery are often deployed under service provision contracts, not labor leasing contracts.
