Phase 2: Recruitment and completion of documents (Days 4-15)
Depending on whether the business already has candidates or needs Nhân Kiệt to support sourcing, this stage includes: interviewing, finalizing salary - benefits, collecting personal documents (ID card/CCCD, qualifications, resume), and for foreign experts, supplementing the work permit application.
Stage 3: Sign labor contract and register for insurance (Days 16-22)
The EOR unit prepares and signs a labor contract with the recruited person, and registers to participate in social insurance - health insurance - unemployment insurance according to the legal deadline (usually within 30 days from the date of signing the labor contract).
Phase 4: Set up payroll and first pay period (Days 23-30)
The enterprise confirms the timesheet/KPI, the EOR unit calculates gross salary - net salary, deducts social insurance and personal income tax, pays wages on the agreed period (usually on the 5th or 10th of every month) and sends the detailed payroll to the enterprise for comparison.
